Angelina Bakery is an Italian bakery with an Asian twist known for our famous Bombolone donut with lighter ingredients. Founder and Owner Tony Park, who is of Korean descent, but born in Palermo, Italy studied pastry at Scuola Alberghiera of Palermo and started his career as a pastry chef in Italy. In his 20s he decided to leave for the States, and years later in 2019 opened Angelina Bakery. The bakery pays homage to Tony's Italian grandmother, Giuliana "Anna", who taught him how to cook and bake as well as his daughter, Angelina. Angelina bakery uses only raw materials imported from Italy, without any preservatives, dyes or chemical additives .
