We are a group of young Italians, born and raised in different parts of Italy, who came to San Francisco about ten years ago sharing the same passion, cooking and eating delicious food. ​We decided to put our ideas and knowledge together to create Bottega. Our mission is to reinvent our most authentic grandma's dishes with a hint of Italian-American cuisine. Mixing the two traditions allows us to express our culinary creativity to bring out both worlds' best flavors.
