Fashion has always been more than just pretty clothes to me. It started as a safe escape from some challenging times in my life and a need to fit in by dressing myself up in pretty clothes but later it turned into a space for creating beautiful connections with my clients. One of the key ingredients in creating a custom garment for me is getting to understand and know my clients a little better. I always start with the idea and vision about the specific garment that my clients bring to me but also with curiosity about who they are, how they want to feel and what type of clothes make them feel most comfortable and good about themselves. I use the skills that I have to guide the clients along the way and try and engage them as much as possible so that together we can enjoy the process of creating something beautiful and unique.
