History When the pandemic hit in 2020, our business was cut in half since several workers and clients had major life changes, and many moved away from the Bay. The uncertainty pushed the Company to remodel from Agency with 1099 contractors to full-time employees – w-2’s, bureaucratically close to building a business from the get-go. Barely afloat, we realized that going the extra mile was the commitment our community needed to survive. Workers now have full benefits with the highest wages in this industry and partakes of the company’s profit share, while Sparkling Clean’s numbers constantly grow. Despite our fears, we took the decision and leaped in the dark for our community. Meet the Business Owner Vanessa B. I've worked for over 16 years as a social worker for the Bay Area’s local immigrant community, empowering the Latinx and ‘Women at Risk communities. I have employed over 800 families, helping them create their own financial independence. She is an ecological advocate and a Consultant for other businesses (cleaning and beyond) on developing a GREEN-based company model. She is dedicated to the most innovative strategies for ecological cleaning and is an active participant in worldwide conferences on the latest cutting-edge research and technologies for toxic waste & carbon imprint reduction within the Cleaning Industry. I founded Sparkling Clean Agency in 2005. My company is not only my business, but also my community, my priorities in life, and also a family to me.
