VRV3 Studios specializes in creating a safe and welcoming community to just dance it out and discover your strengths. Established in 2016. Established in 2016 and moved to the Lower Haight in 2019. The brainchild of Anna and Mel, two pole sisters for life, who were in search of their pole home and decided to create one for themselves and all of San Francisco! In 2017, the name was changed to VRV3 Studios (pronounced "verve") to reflect how our students and instructors to feel when discovering the aerial arts. Meet the Business Owner Anna T. Anna took her first pole class in 2012. That first class quickly sparked a passion for the sport. Pole combines dance artistry with fitness and acrobatics. All of these elements brought together Anna's background in competitive gymnastics and dance. She was a competitive gymnast from age 4-13 and is classically trained in ballet, contemporary and jazz. She received her degree in Nutritional Science with a minor in dance from the University of California at Berkeley. Pole has allowed her to develop a new level of strength and creative freedom. A year after starting pole, she began teaching classes. Anna's goal is to make everyone feel comfortable trying pole and hopefully falling in love with it, too!
