I specialize in EFT & Hypnotherapy...that means, I help clients "Let Go" of the past with the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and then work on thinking and acting in new positive ways with Hypnotherapy and Guided Visualizations. The combination of these methods has helped many clients over the past 36 years that I have been practicing Hypnotherapy & EFT. Established in 1988. I received my Hypnotherapy Certification from the Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy in 1988, am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists, and certified in Habit Control and as a Guided Imagery Practitioner from the Center for Hypnotherapy Certification in Oakland CA. I have had an office on Union Street since 1988...over 23 years... And I find that my formal education, a PhD in Comparative Literature, has helped me deeply understand human nature. Then, my vast personal experience is an added benefit, as well.
