We are located directly on the Banana River with nightly sunsets as well as we are right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean (Cocoa Beach) providing sunrise each morning. Our Edison light lit patio space that can comfortably sit 10-100 guests, as well as we have if renting the entire property we have accommodations for up to 52 guests to stay on-site - thus making our venue a perfect location for your next group, reunion, wedding, wellness, corporate or other event stays. In addition, the our waterfront property hosts a fire pit, corn hole, outdoor shower, waterside seating, dock, boat ramp and river beach area. We also have complimentary kayaks, paddle boards and beach toys all available for guest enjoyment. Guests can reach all airports or theme parks with in an hour.
